格隆匯3月20日丨*ST仁東(002647.SZ)公佈,《重整計劃》的執行導致仁東控股股份有限公司控股股東、實際控制人發生變化。本次重整的戰略投資人中信資本(中國)投資有限公司(簡稱“中信資本”)的指定實施主體深圳嘉強薈萃投資合夥企業(有限合夥)成爲公司第一大股東,持股佔比10.17%;公司原控股股東北京仁東信息技術有限公司(簡稱“仁東信息”)及其一致行動人仁東(天津)科技有限公司合計持股比例降至6.23%,公司變更爲無控股股東、無實際控制人。
