格隆匯3月20日丨晶盛機電(300316.SZ)在投資者互動平臺表示,公司目前與吉林大學、中山大學暫無金剛石技術合作。公司長期聚焦半導體材料生長和加工的技術創新,金剛石晶體又稱鑽石,憑藉其超寬禁帶、高載流子遷移率、高擊穿電場、高熱導率以及優異的化學穩定性和機械性能,能夠在極端條件下高效運行並解決傳統半導體材料面臨的諸多瓶頸問題,被譽爲“終極半導體”材料。公司成功研發了MPCVD法金剛石晶體生長設備,設備穩定性好,綜合生長良率高,並建設了大尺寸金剛石生產線,持續推動產業創新。同時,公司在鑽石培育技術上實現了新突破,成功完成了10克拉級鑽石的培育,爲加快大尺寸培育鑽石產業化進程奠定了基礎,促進公司新材料業務發展。
