中國移動(600941.SH):2024年淨利潤1384億元,同比增長5.0% 移動客戶突破10億戶
格隆匯3月20日丨中國移動(600941.SH)公佈2024年年度報告,報告期實現營業收入10408億元,同比增長3.1%;歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤1384億元,同比增長5.0%;歸屬於母公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1227.15億元,同比增長4.0%;基本每股收益6.45元。
其中主營業務收入達到人民幣8,895億元,同比增長3.0%。總連接數達到36.70億,淨增3.16億。CHBN中HBN收入佔主營業務收入比達到45.6%,同比提升2.4個百分點。數字化轉型收入達到人民幣2,788億元,同比增長9.9%,佔主營業務收入比提升至31.3%,較上年提升1.9個百分點。
歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤爲人民幣1,384億元,同比增長5.0%,基本每股收益爲人民幣6.45元;EBITDA爲人民幣3,337億元,EBITDA佔主營業務收入比爲37.5%,盈利能力繼續保持國際一流運營商領先水平。資本開支爲人民幣1,640億元,資本開支佔主營業務收入比爲18.4%,同比下降2.5個百分點。自由現金流爲人民幣1,517億元,同比增長22.9%。
我們堅持“連接+應用+權益+硬件”發展策略,持續深化存量客戶融合運營、價值運營、體驗運營,不斷加強基於客戶細分的場景拓展,深入推進AI+信息服務收入增長動能轉換,個人市場保持平穩。2024年,個人市場收入達到人民幣4,837億元;移動客戶突破10億戶,淨增1,332萬戶,其中5G網絡客戶達到5.52億戶,淨增0.88億戶,滲透率達到55.0%。個人移動雲盤收入達到人民幣89億元,同比增長12.6%;權益產品收入達到人民幣268億元,同比增長19.7%;5G新通話全場景月活躍客戶達到1.5億戶,其中智能應用訂購客戶達到3,475萬戶。移動ARPU保持行業領先,爲人民幣48.5元。
截至2024年12月31日,公司員工總數達45萬人,移動客戶總數達到10.04億戶,有線寬帶客戶總數達到3.15億戶。2024年,本公司再次被《福布斯》選入其“全球2000領先企業榜”、被《財富》雜誌選入其“全球500強”。“中國移動”品牌在2024年再次榮登凱度的“BrandZ™全球最具價值品牌100強”第63位。目前,本公司的債信評級等同於中國國家主權評級,爲標普A+/前景穩定和穆迪A1/前景負面。
董事會建議2024年全年派息率爲73%,向全體股東派發截至2024年12月31日止年度末期股息每股2.49港元,連同已派發的中期股息,2024年全年股息合計每股5.09港元,同比增長5.4%。
