格隆匯3月20日丨EDA集團控股(02505.HK)公佈，鑑於公司董事會相信加密貨幣的潛力，並認為投資加密貨幣是集團人工智慧+區塊鏈業務發展戰略和資產配置策略的重要組成部分，經過慎重考慮，董事會提議進行總金額不超過500萬美元的加密貨幣購買計劃。
集團已與歐科雲鏈信託有限公司("歐科雲鏈信託")簽訂信託協議，基於其在區塊鏈技術及虛擬資產領域的專業資質，任命其作為虛擬資產託管人，以合規、安全的方式完成資產購買及存管流程。歐科雲鏈信託是香港主板上市公司歐科雲鏈控股有限公司(1499.HK)("歐科雲鏈")的間接全資附屬公司，是一家根據《受託人條例》(香港法例第29章)第78(1)條註冊的信託公司，持有香港特別行政區頒發的信託或公司服務提供者(TCSP)牌照。歐科雲鏈作為全球領先的區塊鏈技術企業，提供鏈上數據分析、反洗錢解決方案及虛擬資產信託服務，技術實力與合規能力均獲行業認可。
公司正在探索區塊鏈技術賦能跨境電商物流行業。依託集團全球倉網路及SAAS平台，構建「鏈上倉網」生態，促推進跨境商品全鏈路溯源、加密貨幣B2B結算、物流數據資產化及智能合約自動化運營，打造透明、高效、可信的全球供應鏈網路。探索通過Web3技術升級跨境貿易基礎設施，為中小電商企業提供低成本、高附加值的倉儲物流與金融科技融合服務，加速行業數位化變革。
該潛在投資主要受集團業務策略驅動，並構成其資產多元化配置的一部分。此為一項長期投資，旨在減輕市場波動的影響及降低與一次性大額投資相關的風險。因此，集團將不會頻繁進行交易或設定短期增長目標。集團將根據加密貨幣市場的表現及價格等情況，選擇適當的購買時機。
公司將設立專門負責管理和監督虛擬資產業務以及進行風險控制的部門。該部門將建立有關加密貨幣交易及管理的政策和制度，利用專業的分析工具和平台對加密貨幣的市場變動、價格波動、交易量等指標進行監控和分析。該部門還將評估和審核各加密貨幣交易的價格範圍、數量、類型及時間。此外，其將負責監督所有加密貨幣交易的申請、審批、操作、存儲管理及內部彙報等流程的合規性和安全性。
