中華煤氣全年核心利潤上升5%至59.55億元 城市燃氣穩步上揚 可再生能源增長強勁 全年派息維持每股35港仙
(2025年3月19日)香港中華煤氣有限公司(股份代號：0003，下稱「集團」)公佈2024年全年業績，年內集團營業額為554.73億港元(下同)，業務核心利潤達59.55億元，上升5%。物業重估前的集團股東應占溢利為56.68億元，上升2%。計入物業價值重估等非經營性損益後，股東應占溢利為57.12億元。連同於2024年9月11日已派發的中期股息每股12港仙，全年共派股息每股35港仙。
集團主要盈利貢獻來自城市燃氣及可再生能源業務。本港燃氣業務方面，雖然2024年是有記錄以來全球最熱的一年，市民北上消費熱潮持續，均影響住宅用氣，但工商業用氣受惠於航空及酒店業復甦而維持增長，整體售氣量增長0.1%。
內地城市燃氣業務方面，受惠於國家大力發展高新技術產業及城鎮化率上升，整體燃氣銷售量年內錄得可觀增幅，上升5%至364億立方米。通過天然氣順價理想，城市燃氣平均價差提升至人民幣0.52元∕立方米，較2023年增加人民幣0.05元∕立方米。
集團旗下港華智慧能源有限公司業務核心利潤增長強勁，上升34.5%至港幣16.01億元，其可再生能源業務的淨利潤大幅躍升五倍，為集團帶來港幣3.22億元利潤。同時，集團在內地24個省級城市經營逾1,000個可再生能源項目，分佈式光伏業務併網規模達到2.3吉瓦，年發電量同比翻倍至18.3億度，成為集團利潤增長新動力。
綠色能源業務方面，在建的馬來西亞SAF廠房將於2025年第三季度投產，新增產能達每年30萬噸。與佛燃能源集團股份有限公司合作的綠色甲醇新廠將在2025年中動工，預計2028年首期產能達20萬噸。在氫能方面，香港特區政府已公佈未來氫能在運輸、充電樁及建築工地等應用發展藍圖，集團將積極參與推進相關業務的發展。
