中通快遞-W(02057.HK)2024年業績亮眼:全年調整後淨利潤達人民幣102億元,增長12.7%
格隆匯3月19日丨中通快遞-W(02057.HK)發佈公告,2024年第四季,收入爲人民幣129.197億元(17.70億美元),同比增長21.7%;毛利爲人民幣37.597億元(5.151億美元),同比增長20.2%;淨利潤爲人民幣24.468億元(3.352億美元),同比增長10.7%;調整後息稅折攤前收益爲人民幣46.153億元(6.323億美元),同比增長26.4%;調整後淨利潤爲人民幣27.333億元(3.745億美元),同比增長23.4%;基本及攤薄每股美國存託股淨收益爲人民幣2.97元(0.41美元)及人民幣2.89元(0.40美元)。
2024年財年,收入爲人民幣442.807億元(60.664億美元),同比增長15.3%;毛利爲人民幣137.171億元(18.792億美元),同比增長17.6%;淨利潤爲人民幣88.876億元(12.176億美元),同比增長1.5%;調整後息稅折攤前收益爲人民幣163.549億元(22.406億美元),同比增長15.9%;調整後淨利潤爲人民幣101.504億元(13.906億美元),同比增長12.7%;基本及攤薄每股美國存託股淨收益爲人民幣10.95元(1.50美元)及人民幣10.70元(1.47美元)。公佈半年度股息每股0.35美元。
中通創始人、董事長兼首席執行官賴梅鬆先生表示:“第四季度,中通繼續保持高質量的服務和客戶滿意度,實現了包里量97億件和調整後淨利潤27億元。提升散件業務規模是優化收入結構的關鍵舉措之一,四季度我們散件日均件量突破700萬單,較去年同比增長近50%。”賴先生補充道:“隨着國內經濟逐步回暖,中國快遞行業展現出較強的增長韌性。線上消費的性價比優勢持續激發着消費動能,但消費降級的趨勢仍在持續、快遞單票價格也依然承壓。我們預計2025年行業增速將在15%左右。公司已重新錨定“服務質量、業務量、利潤”三大主要重心,我們2025年的首要任務是實現超過行業平均業務量增速的目標。”
中通首席財務官顏惠萍女士表示:“2024年第四季度,中通的直客結構優化抵消了單票重量下降及增量補貼增加的負面影響,快遞核心單票收入提升1毛3分。通過持續的降本增效舉措,我們的單票運輸加分揀成本下降了約6分。剔除股權激勵影響後的管理費用佔收入比由去年同期的6.6%降至5%。經營性現金流爲28億元,資本支出爲12億元。”顏女士補充道:“經濟復甦緩慢導致低價值或虧損件比重顯着提升。在戰略價值與經濟價值之間,我們正進行審慎權衡,以確保短期與長期利益的平衡。依託服務品質、網路規模、運營效率和生態穩定的獨特優勢,中通的盈利能力依然穩健。與此同時,我們正加大力度賦能網路合作夥伴實現可持續發展。通過鞏固市場份額的領先地位,中通與合作夥伴將攜手更好地應對價格競爭壓力、末端成本上漲等一切未來可能的挑戰。”
