A股午評：創業板指漲0.07% 電力、農機等板塊漲幅居前
A股主要指數早盤漲跌不一，截至午盤，滬指跌0.06%，深成指跌0.16%，創業板指漲0.07%。全市場半日成交額9397億元，較上日縮量480億元，約3600只個股下跌。
盤面上，電力板塊持續走高，韶能股份、嘉澤新能、廣安愛衆漲停；農機概念股走強，星光農機、襄陽軸承等多股漲停；人形機器人概念再度活躍，華培動力漲停，萬馬股份、恆工精密漲超8%，英偉達發佈全球首款開源人形機器人功能模型GR00T N1。元件板塊跌幅居前，生益科技跌停，景旺電子跌超9%；港口航運板塊調整，國航遠洋跌超6%，招商港口跌超4%。
電力板塊持續走高 韶能股份、嘉澤新能、廣安愛衆漲停
韶能股份、嘉澤新能、廣安愛衆漲停，明星電力漲8.7%，九洲集團漲近8%，黔源電力、寧波能源漲超6%。
消息面上，國家發展改革委、國家能源局、工業和信息化部、商務部、國家數據局聯合發佈了《關於促進可再生能源綠色電力證書市場高質量發展的意見》，分2027年、2030年兩階段提出了綠證市場建設目標，並從市場供給、消費需求、交易機制、應用場景、綠證走出去等方面提出了17條具體落地措施。
另外，國家能源局發佈2月份全社會用電量等數據，全社會用電量7434億千瓦時，同比增長8.6%。
農機概念股走強 星光農機、襄陽軸承漲停
星光農機、毅昌科技、弘宇股份、永安行、襄陽軸承、雪龍集團漲停，瑜欣電子，吉峯科技、華豐股份等跟漲。
消息面上，農業農村部日前召開傳達學習全國兩會精神幹部大會暨部黨組理論學習中心組(擴大)學習會。會議強調，要多措並舉穩定糧食播種面積，突出抓好糧油作物大面積單產提升，落實好單產和品質提升關鍵技術，深入實施種業振興行動，加快先進適用農機裝備研發應用和農業科技成果大面積推廣，促進大面積均衡增產。
長城證券曾發佈研報稱，有文件中也提出推進老舊農機報廢更新，有望加強新型農機的市場需求，加速老舊農機的淘汰，推動農業生產方式向智能化、精準化、高效化轉變。在此背景下，具備技術創新能力、產品質量可靠、售後服務完善的農機企業，將有望擴大市場份額，提升其盈利能力。
人形機器人概念再度活躍 華培動力漲停
華培動力漲停，萬馬股份、恆工精密漲超8%，震裕科技、肇民科技漲超7%，杭齒前進、中鼎股份、富臨精工等跟漲。
行業方面，英偉達CEO黃仁勳在GTC 2025大會宣佈推出GR00T N1，這是全球首款開源人形機器人功能模型。此前美的集團的人形機器人樣機首次曝光，這款機器人可以完成握手、遞水、比心、跳舞、開瓶蓋、打螺絲等多種動作。
另外，國家地方共建人形機器人創新中心即將發佈里程碑式的通用具身智能平臺——“格物”，構建全球領先的機器人智能體訓練生態系統，並舉辦“格物具身智能仿真平臺發佈會”。另外，國家地方共建人形機器人創新中心開放基金將發佈。該基金將圍繞平臺技術、具身智能、數據集、訓練場四大領域及細分主要研究方向設置開放基金課題，對課題基礎性、原創性、應用前景和潛在影響加以綜合評估，篩選部分優秀可落地的項目資助。

生益科技跌停，景旺電子逼近跌停，江海股份、迅捷興跌超7%，勝宏科技、南亞新材、深南電路等跟跌。
