騰訊音樂-SW(01698.HK)Q4淨利潤超20億元同比增長47.3%，宣佈高達10億美元的股份回購計劃
格隆匯3月18日丨騰訊音樂-SW(01698.HK)披露2024年第四季度及全年未經審計財務業績公告。2024年第四季度，總收入爲人民幣74.6億元，同比增長8.2%，主要得益於在線音樂服務收入同比強勁增長，部分被社交娛樂服務和其他服務收入下降所抵銷。在線音樂訂閱收入同比增長18.0%至人民幣40.3億元。在線音樂付費用戶數同比增長13.4%至1.210億，環比淨增200萬。單個付費用戶月均收入從2023年同期的人民幣10.7元增長至人民幣11.1元。淨利潤爲人民幣20.8億元，同比增長47.3%。公司權益持有人應佔淨利潤爲人民幣19.6億元，同比增長49.8%。非國際財務報告準則淨利潤1爲人民幣24.0億元，同比增長43.0%。非國際財務報告準則公司權益持有人應佔淨利潤爲人民幣22.8億元，同比增長44.8%。每股美國存託股份的攤薄盈利爲人民幣1.26元，高於2023年同期的人民幣0.83元。
截至2024年12月31日，現金、現金等價物、定期存款和短期投資的合計餘額爲人民幣375.8億元(51.5億美元)。
2024年全年，總收入爲人民幣284.0億元，同比增長2.3%。在線音樂訂閱收入爲人民幣152.3億元，同比增長25.9%。這一強勁增長得益於在線音樂付費用戶數和單個付費用戶月均收入的持續提升。淨利潤爲人民幣71.1億元，同比增長36.2%。公司權益持有人應佔淨利潤爲人民幣66.4億元，同比增長35.0%。非國際財務報告準則淨利潤1爲人民幣81.4億元，同比增長30.7%。非國際財務報告準則公司權益持有人應佔淨利潤爲人民幣76.7億元，同比增長29.5%。
公司董事會批準派發2024財年年度現金股利，總額約爲2.73億美元，並批準高達10億美元的新一期股份回購計劃，公司可在自2025年3月起的24個月期間進行回購。
