大行評級|摩根大通:下調國泰航空目標價至11港元 去年業績表現穩健
摩根大通發表報告指,國泰航空去年業績表現穩健,其維持正面股息率的能力進一步突顯其強勁表現。該行指,國泰成爲全球最佳表現的航空股,自去年11月中旬以來升幅達35%,明顯跑贏其同業及恆指。該股目前以市賬率1.2倍交易,反映了一個平衡的風險回報情景,使該行將目標價由12.3港元下調至11港元,評級由“增持”降至“中性”。
該行同時指,建議考慮新加坡航空,稱此爲區內更吸引的機會。該行指,國泰的股息率6%爲全球最高之一,爲其提供了下行保護。
