大成生化科技(00809.HK)預期年度收入及毛利分別增加約45.7%及338.1%
格隆匯3月13日丨大成生化科技(00809.HK)宣佈，集團預計截至2024年12月31日止年度錄得淨收益（不包括稅項影響），範圍約在600,000,000港元至800,000,000港元，遠低於集團上年度就持續經營及已終止經營業務錄得的淨收益（不包括稅項影響）約4,178,100,000港元。集團於去年同期的已終止經營業務包括（其中包括）大成糖業控股有限公司及其附屬公司的營運，於2023年12月21日公司與大成糖業共同公告集團完成出售大成糖業後不再成爲集團的一部分。
於本年度，集團預期錄得收入及毛利分別增加約45.7%及338.1%，由去年同期的約1,373,900,000港元及43,600,000港元增至本年度的約2,001,100,000港元及191,000,000港元。此外，於2024年12月30日，公司間接全資附屬公司大成實業集團（香港）有限公司（作爲賣方）向長春宏祥新能源開發有限公司（作爲買方）出售公司八間附屬公司，於完成後，集團預期會確認一次性收益不低於1,500,000,000港元，此乃由於出售附屬公司於完成後不再爲公司的附屬公司，其財務業績、資產及負債不再綜合併入集團的綜合財務報表。由於經營溢利有所改善及完成帶來一次性收益，根據集團於本年度的初步未經審覈綜合管理賬目，集團預期於本年度將錄得預期淨收益。
然而，儘管存在上述的預期經營溢利改善及一次性收益，本年度的預期淨收益仍遠低於去年同期錄得的淨收益。該減少主要是由於缺少一項一次性收益約4,284,800,000港元，該收益來自(a)當時貸款債權人吉林省農業發展集團有限公司（總未償還本金約爲人民幣4,267,800,000元），與(b)公司若幹附屬公司（作爲全部轉讓貸款的債務人及共同債務人）於2023年12月31日簽訂的債務重組協議，根據該協議，集團同意向農發償還（並已償還）人民幣1,580,000,000元以結清全部轉讓貸款。
