聚焦長期主義，東方雨虹(002271.SZ)推出持續穩定的分紅策略
3月12日晚間，東方雨虹(002271.SZ)發佈《關於調整2024年度利潤分配預案的公告》，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利9.25元，共計派發現金紅利22.09億元，並將考慮推出2025年中期分紅預案。公告指出，調整後的利潤分配預案能夠更好的使公司強化資金儲備，提升資金使用效率及財務穩健性，提升公司抗風險能力，充分聚焦主營業務和戰略佈局，保障公司技術創新、產品升級和服務質量。
日前，東方雨虹發佈2024年度利潤分配預案，爲深入貫徹現金分紅的穩定性、持續性和可預期性理念，在廣泛聽取市場意見的基礎上，積極響應一年多次分紅、增加分紅頻次的政策導向，進一步優化分紅節奏，提高公司長期投資價值，增強投資者的獲得感，結合公司發展階段、經營情況和自身資金計劃安排等實際情況，東方雨虹對公司2024年度利潤分配預案進行調整。
根據公告，雖然此次公司對原分紅方案進行了調整，但是從公司公告可以看到，公司在保障投資者總體回報水平穩定的前提下，充分參考調整後的2024年度利潤分配預案，在今年半年報披露後，也會考慮推出中期分紅。所以可以理解爲公司原有的利潤分配分紅總額保持不變，只是分紅節奏發生了變化，調整爲分次分紅了。
東方雨虹相關負責人表示，調整後的分紅是建立在廣泛聽取市場意見，充分了解投資者對公司的關切和建議，並結合公司實際情況認真研究和分析的基礎之上，同時，零售業務、海外業務的發展都是公司未來重要的發展引擎，分紅的調整，在保障投資者仍然能夠充分享受公司經營發展成果的同時，也能夠更加充分平衡渠道投入和海外建設發展，更加匹配公司在渠道投入及海外供應鏈體系建設投資方面的佈局節奏。此外，也可保障公司能夠保持較低資產負債率狀態和較強的償債能力，進而穩固公司在行業內的市場地位，爲提升市場佔有率打好基礎，也爲公司長期穩定發展奠定堅實基礎。

據2024年報數據，渠道銷售模式已成爲東方雨虹主要的銷售模式，且零售渠道業務佔比逐步提升，從各渠道表現來看，東方雨虹零售渠道營業收入102.09億元，同比增長9.92%，其中民建集團營業收入93.73億元，同比增長14.58%。同時，隨着海外優先戰略的快速落地，海外市場捷報頻傳，美國休斯敦的TPO工廠、沙特阿拉伯的無紡布生產基地穩步推進，馬來西亞生產基地產線已完成首次試生產，加拿大胎基布生產研發物流基地啓建，成功簽約多家越南零售區域代理，海外佈局作爲第三增長曲線先發優勢逐步顯現，東方雨虹將進一步鞏固了其業內領先地位。
