大行評級|瑞銀:九龍倉置業去年基礎淨盈利符合預期 予其“中性”評級
瑞銀髮表研究報告指,九龍倉置業去年基礎淨盈利按年微升2%,符合該行預期;全年派息1.24港元,同樣符合預期。集團整體商業物業利潤按年略爲下降1個百分點至85%。另外,公司管理層提出,今年上半年的前景仍然具挑戰性。
報告提到,九置2024財年下半年期間,海港城及時代廣場的零售租賃收入按年跌4%至32億元。管理層正在敲定時代廣場的潛在資產增值措施(AEI),惟由於LV商店剛於一月試業,因此料AEI的規模應會較小。該行予集團“中性”評級,目標價20港元。
