大行評級|招銀國際:上調京東目標價至55美元 上調今明兩年收入及純利預測
招銀國際發表研究報吿指,京東去年第四季業績勝預期,考慮到全國補助計劃的正面影響遠超預期,加上因為捉緊消費者需求的能力加強,帶動超市類別的收入生成能力好過預期,上調今明兩年收入預測分別4%至5%,非通用會計準則(non-GAAP)純利預測亦上調介乎5%至7%,將美股目標價由53.2美元升至55美元。該行指,料京東今年的收入及非通用會計準則純利可達到按年9%的增幅,並指有質素及可持續的核心業務盈利增長以及加強的股東回報仍然為主要股價動力,維持“買入”評級。
