盛業(06069.HK)與辛巴達達成戰略合作 助力中國產業帶與跨境電商平臺加速“出海”
格隆匯3月6日丨盛業(06069.HK)發佈公告，公司與辛巴達(廣州)科技有限公司(“辛巴達”)達成戰略合作(“戰略合作”)，雙方將在跨境電商領域的供應鏈普惠金融等領域展開深入合作，鏈接跨境電商平臺供應鏈和生態圈，將供應鏈普惠金融服務由境內延伸到境外，助力“走出去”企業的全球產業供應鏈拓展和全球工廠佈局，此次戰略合作標誌着集團進一步加快實施“出海戰略”。
近日，公司與辛巴達達成戰略合作，會成爲辛巴達供應鏈金融的優先戰略合作夥伴。集團將爲辛巴達定製普惠金融解決方案，涵蓋訂單融資、預付款融資、應收賬款融資等多種服務，以優化辛巴達及其供應鏈的資金流動性，確保其在原材料採購、生產運營等環節資金穩定且高效運作。同時，雙方藉助供應鏈科技平臺和服裝柔性供應鏈平臺的系統鏈接，運用大數據、人工智能等先進技術，實現供應鏈信息實時共享與精準分析，提升集團跨境金融服務的風險管控與決策效率，協助辛巴達加快全球化佈局、拓展供應商資源、優化採購渠道、降低採購成本，增強供應鏈整體協同效率與響應速度，達成從訂單生成到產品交付全流程優化。
董事會認爲，透過此次戰略合作，集團將依託辛巴達豐富的產業生態和產業數據，運用“重交易、輕主體”的風控理念和業務模式，助力辛巴達在土耳其、東南亞、摩洛哥等海外市場加速佈局，以此幫助中國服裝產業帶通過跨境電商平臺更好地融入國際市場。本次戰略合作，預計能夠幫助集團撬動近百億元跨境供應鏈普惠金融業務規模，而辛巴達也將進一步提升其全球化柔性供應鏈服務能力，與頭部跨境電商共同探索和挖掘新市場機遇。
另外，辛巴達作爲SHEIN的超頭部供應商，集團以此次戰略合作爲契機，將在服務SHEIN產業供應鏈領域邁出重要一步。本次戰略合作，集團將爲辛巴達帶來了強大的金融支持與資源整合能力，使其能夠更好地應對合作方“小單快反”的訂單需求和嚴格的質量標準。在資金支持方面，集團已經鏈接了160多家資金合作方，能夠確保辛巴達在供應鏈的各環節都擁有充足的資金保障，有效緩解資金壓力，提高資金使用效率；在供應鏈協同方面，集團領先的供應鏈科技平臺有助於辛巴達與合作方之間實現更緊密的合作，優化生產計劃與庫存管理，縮短產品交付週期，提升供應鏈整體響應速度；在創新發展方面，集團的國際化視野與技術資源能夠助力辛巴達不斷引入先進的生產技術與管理理念，加強產品研發與質量控制，助力辛巴達在服裝製造工藝、面料創新等方面取得突破，從而爲合作方提供更優質的產品和服務，實現共創共贏的發展局面。
