濱海投資(02886.HK)與華德智慧簽署戰略合作協議 進一步深化綜合能源服務領域佈局
格隆匯3月3日丨濱海投資(02886.HK)宣佈，公司全資附屬公司濱海投資(天津)有限公司("濱投天津")與天津華德智慧科技集團有限公司("華德智慧")就合同能源管理、節能技術改造、能源管理系統平臺搭建等能源管理服務領域訂立戰略合作協議。
據悉，華德智慧是一家提供信息化系統集成和綜合能源管理的國家高新技術企業，擁有能源、智慧、服務三大業務板塊，其能源板塊業務佔天津市市場份額達到35%，服務的建築面積超過5000萬平米，總體規模及服務水平在國內遙遙領先。
根據合作協議，雙方在全國範圍內開展合同能源管理、節能技術改造、能源管理系統平臺搭建等領域的戰略合作，重點圍繞學校、醫院、政府行政大樓等公共機構在綜合能源服務領域展開全面、深入的合作。雙方將積極探討合資公司、合資子公司等合作形式，充分發揮各自的資源優勢，共同推進項目的落地和實施，提升品牌影響力和市場佔有率。雙方重點合作內容包括：
1.合同能源管理：雙方將共同推進建築節能項目，涵蓋寫字樓、醫院、場館、學校、工廠等多種建築類型，爲客戶提供節能解決方案。
2.節能技術改造：華德智慧將利用其在節能技術和能源管理系統平臺方面的優勢，爲濱投天津在全國範圍內的項目提供技術支持和解決方案。
3.能源管理系統平臺搭建：雙方將共同探索並推進能源管理系統平臺的定製開發與集成運營，提升能源管理效率。
4.股權合作：雙方將積極探索並推進股權合作，包括但不限於交叉參股等方式，共同挖掘雙方未來更多合作發展的可能性。
公司認爲，此次合作是雙方積極把握雙碳目標下的戰略機遇，本着「平等自願、資源互補、共同發展、長期推進」的原則建立長期戰略合作的重要舉措。通過本次合作，集團將進一步深化在綜合能源服務領域的佈局，提升在節能技術和能源管理系統平臺方面的競爭力，助力集團向綜合能源供應商加速轉型。
