華海清科(688120.SH):取得金融機構貸款承諾函
格隆匯3月3日丨華海清科(688120.SH)公佈,爲響應國家對上市公司回購股票的支持政策,進一步提升資金使用效率,公司擬將回購股份資金來源由“自有資金”調整爲“自有資金和股票回購專項貸款資金”。公司已與中信銀行股份有限公司天津分行就上市公司回購股票專項貸款達成合作意願,中信銀行股份有限公司天津分行已經向公司出具《貸款承諾函(適用於股票回購專項貸款)》,主要內容如下:(1)借款金額:不超過人民幣1,800萬元;(2)借款期限:不超過3年;(3)借款用途:專項用於回購本公司股票。
