格隆匯2月28日丨漢威科技(300007.SZ)公佈,為進一步拓展海外市場,完善海外業務佈局,提升公司產品在國際上的知名度和市場佔有率,滿足國際化戰略發展需要,漢威科技集團股份有限公司擬通過全資子公司海南漢威智感科技有限公司(簡稱“海南智感”)在新加坡設立全資孫公司艾維國際(新加坡)有限公司(暫定名,簡稱“新加坡公司”),並通過新加坡公司在馬來西亞設立下屬子公司艾維國際(馬來西亞)有限公司(暫定名,簡稱“馬來西亞公司”)。本次對外投資總金額不超過7,500萬元人民幣。
