格隆匯2月27日丨中國港能(00931.HK)公吿，集團近日與鑫磊壓縮機股份有限公司（鑫磊），一家實力雄厚的A股上市公司，簽訂戰略合作協議。此協議將全面支持集團在新能源及人工智能領域的發展，並在資金方面提供強大支持，使集團的業務能夠加快多倍發展。
協議的具體關鍵細節詳列如下：（1）集團將鑫磊納入其核心供應商體系，並在新能源項目中優先選用鑫磊的設備和技術方案。鑫磊則將港能視為戰略客户，提供最大的產品折扣和信用賬期。
（2）集團在符合條件的新能源與智慧能源項目中，優先選擇鑫磊作為EPC供應商，鑫磊將為港能提供最優質的服務及質量保證。
（3）鑫磊利用其資金和產品優勢，為集團提供延期付款條件，減輕集團的資金壓力，有助於減少集團的融資成本。
（4）對於雙方認可的優質新能源項目，鑫磊可進行設備投資，集團負責項目的建設和運營，收益按照事先協商的比例分配。
（5）雙方將合作開發AI技術在能源領域的應用，包括將AI技術嵌入產品，利用AI優化能源管理、提升設備運維效率、開發智慧能源解決方案等，以增強雙方在智慧能源領域的競爭力，推動行業智能化升級。
