易鑫集團(02858.HK)2024年度營收99億元，淨利潤同比增長46%，金融科技收入飆升290%
格隆匯2月27日丨易鑫集團(02858.HK)公佈年度業績，2024年度，總收入爲人民幣98.88億元，同比增長48%，自營融資業務及交易平臺業務均有所增長；毛利爲人民幣46.36億元，同比增長43%，淨利潤爲人民幣8.10億元，同比增長46%，董事會已建議派付截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股股份6.5港仙及特別股息每股股份6.5港仙。
2024年，集團共處理融資交易(包括新車及二手車)72.6萬筆，同比增長7%。融資總額達人民幣691億元，同比增長5%。新能源乘用車領域，於2024年，新能源汽車融資交易量(包括新車及二手車)總計17.5萬輛，同比增長51%。
集團資產管理規模穩步增長，截至2024年12月31日，管理的汽車金融資產總額達人民幣1,081億元。截至2024年12月31日，集團資產質量持續改善，並顯示出強大的韌性，90日以上逾期率降至1.86%。
在增值服務方面，集團於報告期內實現收入人民幣2.49億元，同比增長11%。創新的電池GAP產品獲得市場的高度認可。2024年，電池GAP產品的交易量達57千筆，同比增長728%。電池GAP產品已成功引入二手車領域，幫助更多新能源汽車車主消除其對電池剩餘價值的擔憂。
集團的金融科技業務作爲關鍵戰略重點，於2024年實現強勁增長。金融科技收入飆升至人民幣18億元，同比增長290%。集團金融科技平臺促成的融資交易金額超過人民幣200億元，同比增長107%，市場覆蓋率和服務廣度進一步提升。截至2024年12月31日，集團已與近60家機構建立合作關係，包括與保時捷等高端品牌的重要合作。本集團亦將服務擴展至南京銀行等區域性銀行。2025年，集團將繼續優先發展金融科技行業，爲更廣泛的金融機構提供精確的汽車金融分析服務。該等舉措旨在推動數字化轉型，促進數字金融高質量發展。
易鑫集團自主開發的Titan-AI雲平臺，將人工智能技術應用於防詐騙、智慧催收、客戶服務等領域，從而提升運營效率並支持可持續增長。2024年，集團對Titan-AI核心大AI模型進行了升級，併成功註冊「鑫智靈犀」和「智鑫多維」爲戰略技術儲備。這些措施不僅提升了集團內部程序的運營效率及技術實力，亦逐步將其影響力延伸至整個產業鏈。
