格隆匯2月26日丨三旺通信(688618.SH)公佈2024年度業績快報，2024年度，公司實現營業總收入35,683.96萬元，同比下降18.79%；實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤3,389.68萬元，同比下降69%；實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2,169.24萬元，同比下降77.06%。
（1）報吿期內，受國內外宏觀經濟環境、新基建佈局節奏及市場競爭態勢等多重因素的影響，公司解決方案類業務營收減少約5,655萬元,同比下降約87.37%；海外業務營收減少約2,147萬元，同比下降約46%，導致整體淨利潤下降。（2）結合聯營企業的行業市場及實際經營情況等綜合影響因素，基於謹慎性原則，公司對聯營企業擬計提長期股權投資減值準備1,786.87萬元，導致資產減值損失同比增加。（3）報吿期內，公司持續加強團隊建設與市場佈局；持續保持前瞻性研發投入，主營產品技術迭代升級有序進行，新產品開發穩步推進。報吿期內研發人員數量、專利數量、新品開發數量持續增加。公司經營管理、研發投入及市場營銷的增加，整體導致管理費用、研發費用、銷售費用同比增加約3,413萬元。（4）報吿期內，公司收到的政府補助減少約718萬元，導致其他收益同比減少。2024年，公司緊跟國家政策導向，把握行業發展趨勢，在傳統電力、新能源、軌道交通、智能製造等領域深耕細作，強化渠道佈局與市場拓展力度。通過對存量市場的挖掘和創新升級，公司優化了業務模式，持續開發增量市場並捕獲新需求。同時，公司加速創新步伐，推動新產品、新解決方案的研發與實施，確保技術與市場需求同步發展。公司在智慧礦山行業的發展保持穩健增長態勢，儲能領域訂單充足。目前，公司已在傳統電力領域實現新產品全面覆蓋，且產品嚴格遵循行業准入標準，成功贏得市場認可，訂單有望穩步增長。
