格隆匯2月26日丨TST PROPERTIES(00247.HK)發佈公吿,截至2024年12月31日止六個月(本中期年度),在撇除投資物業公平值變動的影響後,集團未經審核股東應占基礎溢利為12.83億港元(2023:16.53億港元)。每股基礎盈利為0.6港元(2023:0.8港元)。計及非現金項目的投資物業重估虧損(扣減遞延税項)2.32億港元(2023:重估虧損7900萬港元),中期年度集團股東應占淨溢利為10.43億港元(2023:14.68億港元)。中期年度的每股盈利為0.49港元(2023:0.71港元)。董事會宣佈於2025年4月23日派發中期息每股15港仙。
