MONGOL MINING(00975.HK)：擬與蒙古國政府進行正式溝通與對話 保障其有關UHG礦的合法權益
格隆匯2月27日丨MONGOL MINING(00975.HK)發佈澄清公吿，公司董事會獲悉蒙古國法律及內務部部長Altangerel Oyunsaikhan先生("部長")在2025年2月26日舉行的新聞發佈會上發表的言論。
部長提及(其中包括)，已根據總理第32號令成立工作組，以(i)分析及評估將具有重要戰略意義的Tavan Tolgoi煤礦的採礦許可證授予一間私營公司的決定及(ii)審查蒙古國議會("議會")及蒙古國政府以往就此事項發佈的決議案。
部長表示，工作組認為，由當時工業貿易部部長(代表蒙古國政府)與EnergyResources LLC("ER")訂立日期為2008年3月21日的協議時，若干政府官員違反及並無遵守當時有效的法律及法規所規定的程序。
此外，部長指出，根據礦產法，僅議會有法律權力就獲指定為具有重要戰略意義的礦藏的礦產資產之國家所有權作出決定。因此，蒙古國政府擬提交一項決議案供議會審議。
部長特別指出，工作組尚未就私有財產及私營公司(即ER)對UHG礦的投資作出任何結論。此外，部長表示，其強烈認為，蒙古國政府須考慮到該私營公司(ER)已進行投資並正進行業務營運的既有事實。部長強調，作為原則問題，任何決定應在與該私營公司(ER)進行對話後作出。
ER為公司的全資附屬公司，持有UHG的採礦許可證，UHG位於指定為具有重要戰略意義的礦藏的Tavan Tolgoi煤礦範圍內。
ER曾持有於2006年頒發的六個採礦許可證，在Tavan Tolgoi煤礦於2007年獲議會指定為具有重要戰略意義的礦藏時，所有該等許可證均位於TavanTolgoi煤礦範圍內。因此，ER與蒙古國政府進行了磋商，以遵守礦產法項下的國家所有權要求，並隨後與蒙古國政府簽訂協議。根據協議，ER將五個採礦許可證轉讓予蒙古國政府指定的國有實體，同時僅保留UHG採礦許可證。
於公吿日期，工作組尚未與公司接觸，公司亦未與其進行任何溝通。公司擬與蒙古國政府進行正式溝通與對話，並提供一切所需資料，以保障其有關UHG礦之合法權益。公司認為，協議仍屬有效，且對雙方均有約束力。
