銀河娛樂(00027.HK)2024年度純利升28%至88億港元 末期息每股0.5港元
格隆匯2月27日丨銀河娛樂(00027.HK)公佈年度業績，2024年度，集團全年淨收益爲434億港元，按年上升22%；全年經調整EBITDA爲122億港元，按年上升22%；全年股東應佔溢利爲88億港元，按年上升28%。銀娛董事會建議末期股息每股0.50港元，約於2025年6月派發。
其中，第四季度集團淨收益爲113億港元，按年上升9%，按季上升6%；第四季度集團經調整EBITDA爲32億港元，按年上升15%，按季上升10%。第四季度集團博彩業務淨贏率偏低，令經調整EBITDA減少約3,500萬港元。淨贏率正常化後，第四季度經調整EBITDA爲33億港元，按年上升12%，按季上升5%。
於2024年集團繼續推進各項業務，尤其是仍屬主要盈利動力的高端中場業務。在競爭激烈的市場環境中，集團持續地嚴謹分配資源並專注於提高效益。
集團擁有強健及高流動性的資產負債表，現金及流動投資總額爲313億港元，扣除負債42億港元後，淨額爲271億港元。我們穩健的財務狀況讓銀娛有足夠資金支持發展項目，積極探討海外發展機會，並透過股息回饋股東。
展望2025年，集團會主辦一連串大型體育及娛樂盛事，包括世界知名的意大利傳奇男高音安德烈‧波伽利(Andrea Bocelli)將於今年三月在銀河綜藝館舉辦個人演唱會，國際乒聯世界盃2025則於四月舉行。此外，銀河綜藝館會於六月帶來香港著名歌手張學友先生的第十次巡迴演唱會。集團亦已定於今年六月在銀河國際會議中心舉行由中國澳門汽車總會與銀娛聯合主辦的國際汽車聯合會特別大會及會議，標誌着這世界級的年度盛事首次在亞洲舉行。銀娛已做好準備，繼續利用澳門娛樂活動增加的趨勢，而集團過去一年的經驗是，大型活動可帶動度假城的旅客量大幅增加，從而刺激博彩、零售、餐飲收入以及酒店需求。銀河綜藝館是澳門最大的室內綜藝館，擁有16,000個座位。
