公司於2025年2月26日收到公司股東杭州高迪企業管理諮詢有限公司(簡稱“杭州高迪”)的《股份減持計劃告知函》。持有公司股份5,219,943股(佔剔除回購股份後公司總股本比例1.2946%)的公司股東杭州高迪計劃在自公告披露之日起15個交易日後三個月內以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份不超過390,000股(佔剔除回購股份後公司總股本比例0.0967%)。
公司於2025年2月26日收到公司股東史鳳翔的《股份減持計劃告知函》。持有公司股份874,249股(佔剔除回購股份後公司總股本比例0.2168%)的公司股東史鳳翔計劃在自公告披露之日起15個交易日後三個月內以集中競價方式減持公司股份不超過218,562股(佔剔除回購股份後公司總股本比例0.0542%)。
上述股東本次擬減持數量合計510.8562萬股，佔剔除回購股份後公司總股本比例1.2670%。
