雲鯨智能入駐融石廣場，首程控股（0697.HK）園區與投資聯動打造機器人產業集羣

這場看似尋常的商業合作背後，映射出首程控股深耕機器人產業的戰略藍圖——通過產業資本與空間運營，旗下運營的首鋼冬奧廣場人形機器人產業基地與融石廣場項目形成“技術研發+場景應用”的生態閉環，正在北京西部崛起一個極具競爭力的機器人產業集羣，亦爲石景山區打造機器人產業高地打造了參考標杆。
在首程控股打造的產業生態體系中，融石廣場項目一方面承擔着“技術策源地”的重任，另一方面整個園區也構建起“產業轉化樞紐”，整個融石廣場項目與即將啓用的雲鯨智能2000平米旗艦展廳形成鮮明呼應：前者以智慧辦公空間吸引企業入駐，後者以沉浸式體驗場景打通市場認知。這種“前研後產”的佈局，讓首程控股構建起從技術孵化到商業轉化的完整鏈路。
