冠軍科技集團(00092.HK)預計中期淨虧損約2000萬至2300萬港元
格隆匯2月21日丨冠軍科技集團(00092.HK)發佈公告，集團預計截至2024年12月31日止六個月將錄得歸屬於股東的合併淨虧損（未包括其他全面收益及支出）約港幣20,000,000元至23,000,000元，而截至2023年12月31日止六個月則錄得約港幣50,000,000元（未包括其他全面收益及支出）的應佔股東溢利。
截至2024年12月31日止六個月錄得應佔股東綜合虧損的主要原因是由於：(i)因地緣政治的原因導致所有數據中心相關的重要系統及蕊片貨源短缺，致使整個智慧城市行業的發展嚴重滯後。集團的智慧城市解決方案業務收入及營運業績錄得顯著減少；(ii)香港政府近期已表明上網電價的資助計劃很可能不會在2033年到期後再延續。故此，一般再生能源項目的投資者都會見而卻步。集團的可再生能源業務收入及營運業績錄得顯著減少；以及(iii)截至2023年12月31日止六個月期間，從出售位於東莞的一家酒店的處置中所錄得的一次性收益屬非經常性質。
儘管集團於截至2024年12月31止六個月錄得應佔股東虧損，然而董事會重申集團於2024年8月，集團成功生產了《創之榮水能制氣機》並取得中國的權威審查機構對其技術的正式認證，爲集團運用自行研發的冷核聚變氫氧混合氣體制氣技術（已命名爲創之榮水能制氣機（）「氫氧混合氣體制氣系統」）的首次試產鋪路。該氫氧混合氣體制氣系統可作爲發熱及發電的替代燃料。首套氫氧混合氣體制氣系統已交付一位廣州客戶，該客戶通過試用氫氧混合氣體制氣系統，於2024年9月開始生產氫氧混合氣體，使該企業實現了以節能減排爲核心的生產模式。此外，公司已收到一位客戶就購買使用公司的氫氧混合氣體所產生的蒸氣而預付的款項。
根據國際認可檢測機構對氫氧混合氣體制氣系統進行的檢測見證，證明(i)氫氧混合氣體制氣系統的氣體流量的生成水準穩定且高效；及(ii)以顯著低的成本實現。公司的科學家進行的測試結果顯示(iii)氫氧混合氣體制氣系統能夠將水轉換爲高熱值氣體；及(iv)在氣體產生和燃燒的整個過程中達到零排放。爲人類脫離依賴化石燃料邁出了關鍵一步。因此，管理層認爲綠色能源業務將於可見將來爲集團帶來可觀的投資回報。
