格隆匯2月21日丨中國農產品交易(00149.HK)發佈公吿,有關就發行金額高達10億港元的無抵押定息票據(“票據”)設立中期票據計劃(“該計劃”),公司已於2025年2月21日根據該計劃發行第一期系列2票據(“2037年2月票據”)。已發行2037年2月票據的本金額5000萬港元,於已發行2037年2月票據的期限內,每年約2.8%至約5.4%(包括配售費用),視乎2037年2月票據的實際贖回時間而定,到期日為2037年2月21日,受限於2037年2月票據項下的提前贖回條文。
