訊飛醫療科技(02506.HK)與一脈陽光達成戰略合作
格隆匯2月19日丨訊飛醫療科技(02506.HK)公告，爲實現共同發展、互利共贏，公司與江西一脈陽光集團股份有限公司("一脈陽光"，其H股於香港聯合交易所有限公司上市，股份代號：2522)基於各自領域的優勢和資源，經友好協商，於近日訂立戰略合作協議。
根據戰略合作協議，公司與一脈陽光擬在如下領域開展合作：(i)在雙方優勢區域聯合進行業務市場開發，共同深化基層智慧醫療、緊密型醫聯體以及區域醫療共享中心建設；(ii)達成雙方優勢產品和業務模式的深度合作，開展業務互補並實現協同；(iii)共同設計和探討創新的智慧醫療業務投資模式，尤其是在區域醫療可信數據空間建設、區域醫療可信數據空間運營管理及產業變現方面共同探索可落地可複製的商業模式；(iv)醫療垂類認知大模型及醫學影像AI診斷大模型的合作研發、推廣及市場應用；及(v)共同探索和開展智能化的健康管理、慢病管理、患者院後管理等業務，將線上智慧健康管理和線下體檢、影像、病理、心電等進行結合。
一脈陽光爲中國領先的醫學影像專科醫療集團，是一家爲整個醫學影像產業鏈提供全面醫學影像服務及價值的醫學影像平臺運營商與管理者，其主要業務包括提供影像中心服務、影像解決方案服務及一脈雲服務等。集團爲人工智能賦能的醫療解決方案提供商，提供的產品及解決方案支持從健康風險預警、早篩、輔助診斷及治療，以及治療效果評估到診後管理與慢病管理的多種醫療服務。
