浙商證券研報指出,信達地產(600657.SH)是中國四大AMC中國信達的子公司,專注地產領域不良資產整合。信達地產和母公司共同成立200億元的盤活資金。認為後續盤活基金的持續項目收購,會給公司帶來項目規模上的增加、可結算收入和利潤的增加,進而帶動信達市值增加。因此關注信達地產盤活資金收購進展,也會影響信達的市值。看好信達地產在2025-2026年的業務拓展以及業績修復。
