ST墨龍(002490.SZ):擬實施債權轉讓暨債務重組
格隆匯2月13日丨ST墨龍(002490.SZ)公佈,董事會同意公司和山東壽光蔬菜批發市場有限公司(簡稱“蔬菜批發公司”、“交易對方”)與壽光寶隆簽署《三方協議》,約定公司將對壽光寶隆的16,911.98萬元債權轉讓給蔬菜批發公司,蔬菜批發公司以8,400萬元現金及其持有的評估價值8,511.98萬元的土地及房屋建(構)築物(前述土地及房屋建(構)築物以下簡稱“標的資產”)支付對價。本次交易完成後,壽光寶隆對公司欠款餘額約2.92億元。
