格隆匯2月13日丨金地集團(600383.SH)公佈,2025年1月公司實現簽約面積15.6萬平方米;實現簽約金額22.5億元。公司近期新增加項目如下:杭州臨平老城區單元LP060203-1地塊,位於臨平區藕花洲大街以北、新顏路以東。項目佔地面積15,538平方米,容積率1.05,計算容積率建築面積16,314.9平方米,權益比例40%,地塊用途爲住宅用地兼容鄰里中心。土地使用年限爲70年。項目成交總價1.86億元。
