華興資本組織人事煥新，"2.0時代"揚帆起航
2025年2月12日晚間，華興資本控股有限公司(以下簡稱"華興資本")宣佈，廖澤升被正式任命爲公司新任公司祕書及香港聯合交易所有限公司《證券上市規則》第3.05條項下的授權代表，該任命即日起生效；與此同時，原公司祕書及授權代表餘名章已辭任相關職位，並確認與董事會並無任何意見分歧。
廖澤升，現年39歲，畢業於香港大學，持有社會科學學士(政治學與法學)及法學士學位，並於2012年獲得香港特別行政區高等法院授予的事務律師資格，目前持有香港律師會頒發的律師執業證書，在法律、企業融資、公司祕書及合規事務領域擁有十餘年豐富經驗。自加入華興資本以來，廖澤升一直擔任高級法律顧問，並支持餘名章積極參與華興資本公司祕書、法律及合規事務工作。對於此次調整，華興資本董事會對於餘名章先生任職期間所作貢獻表示衷心的感謝，並歡迎廖先生的繼任，相信廖澤升的專業背景和豐富經驗將爲公司的治理結構與合規管理能力注入新的活力，推動公司持續發展。
在去年喊出再次創業、打造"2.0時代"的華興資本，進入2025年以來喜訊不斷、動作頻頻。交易層面，華興資本屢傳佳音：投資銀行事業部宣佈完成了在人工智能、具身智能、低空經濟等新經濟領域及併購類多起交易，如傅利葉智能、明心數智、好大夫在線併購等。同時，投資銀行事業部、新經濟基金及華興證券，以在過往一年內的出色表現獲得多家行業媒體和第三方機構認可。另外，在組織結構層面，除此次公告中提到的人事任命，近期，投行事業部稱，已完成對業務組織架構的升級，並任命了何牧、秦川、喬英倫、徐錕四位爲業務合夥人，其中不乏華興資本內部培養的"CR Baby"；IBD新一代業務核心團隊煥然一新，蓄勢待發。
