當升科技(300073.SZ)：與中偉股份簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯2月10日丨當升科技(300073.SZ)公佈，公司與中偉新材料股份有限公司（以下稱“中偉股份”）於2025年2月10日簽署《戰略合作框架協議》。基於雙方在礦產資源開發與利用，鋰電池前驅體及正極材料研發、生產及推廣等領域具有各自的顯著優勢。為充分發揮各自優勢，經友好協商，雙方一致同意在產品供銷、技術合作、產能佈局、上游資源開發、資源回收利用等領域建立長期、全面、穩定的戰略合作關係。
雙方一致同意就動力、儲能、低空及AI、機器人等領域鋰電池用三元材料、鈷酸鋰、磷酸（錳）鐵鋰、鈉電材料、固態鋰電材料、半固態鋰電材料、富鋰錳基等產品的原材料供應鏈建立長期合作伙伴關係。雙方本着戰略合作精神，將在產品供銷、委託加工、循環回收等方面進行長期穩定合作。未來3-5年，甲乙雙方預計在三元前驅體、四氧化三鈷、磷酸（錳）鐵、鈉電前驅體、固態前驅體、聚陰離子前驅體、富鋰錳基前驅體等產品的合作量達3-10萬噸/年。
雙方一致同意在上游礦產資源方面從業務合作層面到資本層面展開更為深入的合作，共同進行鎳、鈷、鋰、磷、錳、鈉等相關優質礦產的開發、回收和應用，共同構建上游關鍵礦產資源優勢。在全球鋰電正極材料、前驅體材料產能佈局過程中，為避免同業競爭，正極材料業務由甲方主導，前驅體材料由乙方主導，雙方可通過相互參股投資等方式建立上下游一體化合作關係，共同開拓海內外市場。雙方協同進行磷酸鐵鋰、聚陰離子等市場開拓，充分發揮各自優勢，適機建立上游磷化工礦、化、材一體化合作模式。
雙方一致同意將就電池用三元前驅體、四氧化三鈷、磷酸（錳）鐵、鈉電前驅體、固態鋰電前驅體、聚陰離子前驅體、富鋰錳基前驅體等產品及應對正極材料發展的現有技術以及未來前瞻性技術開發、認證等方面進行深度合作，高效整合雙方資源與優勢，探討建立資源共享、協同研發的合作機制，降低生產成本，分享市場經濟效益，共同應對終端市場的挑戰，實現互利共贏。
