格隆匯2月6日丨萬洲國際(00288.HK)公吿,為根據第15項應用指引規定適當考慮股東的利益,董事於2025年2月6日議決以分派方式向股東宣派特別股息合共約214.7百萬港元,相當於(a)按於本公吿日期已發行股份總數12,830,219,550股計,分派約每股股份0.01673港元;或(b)按發售價每股史密斯菲爾德股份20.00美元且按1.00美元兑7.78港元的匯率轉換為港元計,合資格股東每持有9,300股股份獲發一股分派史密斯菲爾德股份。
