亞洲電視控股(00707.HK)與文化傳信訂立戰略合作協議
格隆匯1月23日丨亞洲電視控股(00707.HK)公吿，於2025年1月23日，公司與文化傳信集團有限公司訂立戰略合作協議，雙方將展開廣泛而深入的合作。本戰略合作協議合作期限自戰略合作協議簽訂之日起一年。
根據戰略合作協議，雙方相信，通過本次戰略合作，將有效整合資源、優化產業結構、拓寬投融資管道、提升企業效益、共同創造更大的商業價值。
公司將與文化傳信在以下領域展開全面合作：1.雙方將在文化演出、節目製作、文旅產業等領域展開深度合作，充分利用各自的品牌價值和IP資源，相互授權，推動多元化內容的生產與傳播；
2.文化傳信將其豐富的動漫IP資源，與公司合作活化，打造「龍虎英雄」系列，用於開發潮玩產品。公司將利用其在潮玩產品開發領域的專業知識和經驗，與文化傳信的動漫IP資源相結合，共同開發出吸引各年齡段消費者的潮玩產品，以實現在文化創意領域的創新突破和市場擴展；
3.文化傳信與公司合作，將活化後的「龍虎英雄」系列及公司擁有版權的拾餘套影視作品，製作短劇、短視頻。文化傳信將運用其飛龍碼、AI等技術、製作方法，廣泛地合規地推廣於國內市場製作短劇。公司將利用其豐富的製作經驗和廣泛的市場管道，力求打造出具有廣泛影響力和高觀賞性的影視作品，雙方合作力求打造出一個新型AI傳訊平台，一步步落實《香港再起步》的遠景；
及4.在上列的基礎上，雙方緊密合作，利用公司的拍攝場地，文化傳信的中文AI技術以及算力中心，以共建「香港創意夢工廠」、「1978亞洲電視電影小鎮」等影視夢工廠。通過整合雙方的文化資源和人才，共同打造一個生態化、開放性的影視文化創意產業平台，為文化創意人才提供一個展示才華和實現價值的舞台。
文化傳信為一間於百慕達註冊成立的有限公司，其已發行股份於香港聯合交易所有限公司主板上市（股份代號：343）。主要從事出版、知識產權授權、零售與批發、數碼化市場推廣及自然語言處理。
董事會認為，通過戰略合作協議，將進一步提升香港亞洲電視台的品牌知名度與核心競爭力，有望為公司打開更廣闊的市場空間，實現公司與文化傳信的共贏發展。公司將繼續關注行業發展趨勢，充分發揮戰略合作的綜合效益，積極拓展新業務，為投資者創造更大的價值。因此，訂立本戰略性合作協議符合公司及其股東的整體利益。
