360發佈2024年度業績預吿：股票擬10派1分紅 納米AI搜索訪問量創新高
1月17日，三六零(601360.SH，下稱“360”)集團發佈2024年度業績預吿。報吿期內，預計2024年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤約為-11.5億元至-7.7億元。
360同時發佈公吿顯示，公司實際控制人、董事長兼總經理周鴻禕先生在《關於提議三六零安全科技股份有限公司2024年度利潤分配方案的函》中提出：為踐行“以投資者為本”的上市公司發展理念，更好地回報廣大投資者，基於對公司未來發展前景的堅定信心和長期價值的高度認可，結合公司長期發展規劃、生產經營及現金流情況，在保證公司正常經營的前提下，就公司2024年度利潤分配方案，本人提議：以實施2024年度權益分派股權登記日登記的應分配股數為基數，每10股派發現金紅利人民幣1元(含税)，不送紅股，不以公積金轉增股本。本人提請公司董事會就本項提議予以研究，擬定2024年度利潤分配方案報董事會、股東大會審議確定，並承諾將在相關會議審議該事項時投“同意”票。
公吿中表示，上述利潤分配方案僅為周鴻禕先生的初步提議，尚需經公司董事會擬定2024年度利潤分配方案，提交董事會、股東大會審議通過後方可實施。
另據媒體報道，360去年11月推出的納米AI搜索獲得強勢增長。數據顯示，納米AI搜索作為首款多模態內容創作引擎，被行業解讀為搜索引擎3.0，自2024年11月推出後上線首日訪問量迅速突破100萬。
根據獨立AI產品榜單“AI產品榜”的最新數據顯示，2024年12月份納米AI搜索訪問量達到3.59億，成功躍升至“AI產品榜·全球總榜”第四，成為TOP 10榜單中唯一一款國內AI產品，並以27.1%的增速成為增長最快的產品。
納米AI搜索可支持文字及語音輸入、拍照識圖、視頻提問等多種搜索方式，基於“沒有套路，直接給答案”理念精準捕捉用户需求，省去繁雜的搜索結果，直接生成用户所需答案。除此之外，納米AI搜索還支持圖生視頻功能，用户可使用任意一張圖片根據自己的描述生成一段視頻，受到用户熱烈歡迎。
近日，納米AI搜索和360 AI辦公鴻蒙原生版也已正式上線，結合之前上線的安卓版、IOS版本，該兩款應用上線，可以將大模型能力賦能用户日常搜索及辦公的體驗，作為用户認識AI、使用AI的“第一站”，助力實現大模型時代的AI普惠。
