拜登簽署一項關於人工智能的行政命令
當地時間1月14日，美國總統拜登簽署行政命令，推進人工智能基礎設施建設。命令要求美國國防部和能源部租賃聯邦場地，以便私營部門可以快速、大規模地建設前沿人工智能基礎設施，該命令還要求使用聯邦土地建設人工智能數據中心的公司購買“適當份額”的美國製造半導體。
西班牙擬向非歐盟居民徵收100%房產税
據英國《衞報》，當地時間2025年1月13日，西班牙首相桑切斯在首都馬德里的“住房：福利國家的第五大支柱”論壇上宣佈，來自歐盟以外國家的居民（含英國）如果想在西班牙買房，將面臨一筆鉅額納税，額度高達房產價值的100%。

歐盟考慮逐步禁止進口俄羅斯LNG和鋁
據彭博，知情人士透露，歐盟正考慮限制進口俄羅斯鋁，並逐步停止進口俄羅斯液化天然氣（LNG）。歐盟潛在的對俄第十六輪制裁包括限制輸送俄羅斯石油的數十艘油輪（影子船隊），屆時，將有更多的俄羅斯銀行機構被踢出國際支付系統SWIFT。

摩根大通任命Jenn Piepszak為首席運營官
摩根大通宣佈任命Jenn Piepszak為新任首席運營官，這是美國最大銀行在一年內第二次調整高層管理團隊。Piepszak接替了將於明年年底退休的Daniel Pinto，擔任公司第二號職位。然而，她明確表示無意接替首席執行官傑米·戴蒙。
