太陽能(000591.SZ):向專業投資者公開發行科技創新公司債券獲證監會註冊批覆
格隆匯1月6日丨太陽能(000591.SZ)公佈,公司2025年1月3日收到中國證券監督管理委員會《關於同意中節能太陽能股份有限公司向專業投資者公開發行科技創新公司債券註冊的批覆》(證監許可〔2024〕1962號),批覆同意公司向專業投資者公開發行面值總額不超過20億元科技創新公司債券的註冊申請。本次發行科技創新公司債券應嚴格按照報送深圳證券交易所的募集説明書進行。批覆自同意註冊之日起24個月內有效,公司在註冊有效期內可以分期發行科技創新公司債券。
