港股異動丨移卡跌超10%,先舊後新折價配股籌資
移卡(9923.HK)盤初跳水跌超10%,報9.94港元,截至目前成交額放大至2.1億港元。消息面上,移卡公佈擬以先舊後新方式配售1915萬股股份,佔擴大後股本4.14%;每股配售價10.1港元,較昨日收市價11.1港元折讓9.01%,集資1.93億港元。移卡估計,配股所得淨額約1.89億港元,當中約40%用於於擴展集團於亞洲各業務分部的海外版圖;約40%用於投資研發,包括在專有軟件中使用人工智能,以加強集團商業數字化生態系統的競爭力;約20%用作營運資金及一般公司用途。(格隆匯)
