大行評級丨星展:下調高鑫零售目標價至2.1港元 股價短期面臨壓力
星展發表報吿,阿里巴巴以131億元向德弘資本出售高鑫零售78.7%的股權,認為交易價格相對於高鑫零售最後交易每股2.48港元折讓29%,這意味2026財年的市淨率為0.7倍,低於至少1倍的市場預期,這可能會對高鑫零售的短期股價造成壓力。
因此,該行將高鑫零售評級由“買入”下調至“持有”,目標價由3.1港元降至2.1港元。該行稱,德弘資本將以相同條件向小股東提供現金要約,但考慮到高鑫零售最近的盈利回升及其更強的產品差異化,可能難以達到90%的私有化門檻。
