全年業績預吿來了！茅台預計歸母淨利潤同比14.67%，今日耗資3億回購股票
今日，貴州茅台收跌2.36%，最新報1488元/股，總市值1.87萬億元。
盤後，茅台迎來大消息，2024年業績預吿和股份回購進展一起來襲。
全年業績目標完成
今晚，貴州茅台公吿，初步核算，2024年度， 公司生產茅台酒基酒約5.63萬噸，系列酒基酒約4.81萬噸。
貴州茅台預計，今年實現營業總收入約1738億元，同比增長約15.44%；實現歸母淨利潤約857億元，同比增長約14.67%。
其中，茅台酒的營業收入約1458億元，系列酒營業收入約246億元。
在順利達成2023年營收增長15%的目標後，貴州茅台2024年初再次提出全年營收增長15%左右的經營目標，同時完成固定資產投資61.79億元。
在多次與投資者交流時，茅台的管理層都表示，有信心完成全年的增長目標。
今年前三季度，貴州茅台實現營業收入1207.76億元，同比增長16.95%；歸母淨利潤608.28億元，同比增長15.04%。
貴州茅台的業績指引基本符合市場預期，公司營收增速也完成了15%的目標。
首次回購註銷股份20.09萬
1月2日，貴州茅台通過集中競價交易方式首次回購股份20.09萬股，已回購股份佔公司總股本的比例為0.016%，購買的最高價為1507.41元/股、最低價為1480.02元/股，已支付的總金額約3億元，約佔回購額度的5%-10%。
此前12月28日，貴州茅台披露了《關於以集中競價交易方式回購公司股份的回購報吿書》，擬以自有資金通過集中競價交易方式回購股份，用於註銷並減少註冊資本，回購價格不超過1771.9元/股（含），回購金額30億元-60億元。
值得注意的是，這也是貴州茅台上市23年來首次實施註銷式回購。
此外，據貴州省紀委監委消息，貴州省市場監督管理局黨組書記、貴州省市場監督管理局（貴州省知識產權局）局長丁雄軍涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受貴州省紀委監委紀律審查和監察調查。
現年50歲的丁雄軍，曾任茅台集團黨委書記、董事長和貴州茅台董事長，直至2024年4月，茅台換帥，張德芹接任茅台董事長一職。
至此，丁雄軍已經是第3個落馬的貴州茅台原董事長。此前，高衞東、袁仁國均先後被查，且受賄金額均超過了億元。
