格隆匯1月2日丨BOSS直聘-W(02076.HK)公佈,公司於2022年12月14日有條件批准及採納的首次公開發售後股份計劃,該計劃於2022年12月22日公司A類普通股在香港聯合交易所有限公司主板上市後生效。於2024年12月31日,由公司內部資源撥付,計劃受託人根據計劃之條款及條件在公開市場上購買合共431,236股A類普通股(以215,618股美國存托股的形式),並以信託方式為合資格參與者(定義見計劃)持有該等股份。
