海南礦業(601969.SH):擬以不超1億元的自有資金進行證券投資
格隆匯12月31日丨海南礦業(601969.SH)公佈,為提高公司自有資金使用效率,合理利用自有閒置資金,增加公司收益,在公司保持主營業務正常經營的前提下,公司擬提請股東大會授權公司經營管理層決定公司及合併報表範圍內的子公司以不超過人民幣1億元的自有資金進行證券投資,在證券交易場所進行證券(含股票、基金、債券等)二級市場交易。在上述額度範圍內,用於證券投資的資金可循環使用。授權有效期為自股東大會審議通過之日起12個月。
