大唐集團突變！原總經理寇偉被查
一則消息震驚了中國大唐集團有限公司（以下簡稱“大唐集團”）乃至整個能源行業。
據中央紀委國家監委網站12月21日消息，中國大唐集團有限公司原黨組副書記、總經理寇偉涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受中央紀委國家監委紀律審查和監察調查。
退休近三年後被查
公開資料顯示，寇偉出生於1961年，雲南劍川人，教授級高級工程師。1983年8月參加工作。他曾在雲南電力集團有限公司擔任副總經理、黨組成員，並在雲南瀾滄江水電開發有限公司和華能瀾滄江水電有限公司擔任總經理、黨組書記。此外，他還曾任中國華能集團公司總工程師、副總經理等職務。
2016年7月，寇偉被調任至國家電網公司，擔任總經理、黨組副書記。
2018年12月，他升任為國家電網公司董事長、黨組書記。
寇偉的職業生涯在2020年出現了轉折。當年1月，他被任命為中國大唐集團董事、總經理、黨組副書記，並在同年5月兼任大唐新能源非執行董事及董事長。
2022年5月，60歲的寇偉卸任退休。
整體來看，寇緯的政治道路還是非常順暢的。
然而，想不到的是，在2024年12月21日這一天，退休近三年後，因涉嫌嚴重違紀違法被查了。
今年來已有多名高管被查
2024年，大唐集團有多名高管因涉嫌嚴重違紀違法被查。
8月12日，曾擔任了中國大唐黑龍江發電有限公司黨組書記、總經理等職務的張春雷，因涉嫌嚴重違紀違法被查。張春雷，出生於1962年1月。
8月11日，中國大唐原總經理助理戴波涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受中國大唐紀檢監察組和四川省成都市監委紀律審查和監察調查。
8月10日，中國大唐陝西發電有限公司原黨委委員、總會計師許貴民涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受中國大唐紀檢監察組和陝西省西安市監委紀律審查和監察調查。
5月14日，中國大唐（內蒙古）能源開發有限公司黨委委員、副總經理桑海洋涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受中國大唐紀檢監察組和內蒙古自治區赤峯市監委紀律審查和監察調查。
旗下兩家上市公司營收、淨利雙增長
大唐集團成立於2002年12月29日，是中央直接管理的國有特大型能源企業，註冊資本金370億元，主要業務覆蓋電力、煤炭煤化工、金融、環保、商貿物流和新興產業。
截止目前，大唐集團所屬二級單位包括45家分、子公司和3家直屬機構，其中上市公司5家。
5家上市公司分別是：大唐國際發電股份有限公司、大唐華銀電力股份有限公司、廣西桂冠電力股份有限公司、中國大唐集團新能源股份有限公司和大唐環境產業集團股份有限公司。
業績方面，今年大唐集團前三季度實現營收1914.99億元，較去年同期增長42.25億元，前三季度淨利潤同比升幅達39.38%。前三季度累計完成發電量、煤炭產量和天然氣產量均創歷史同期新高。
旗下五家上市公司中，除了港股上市的大唐環境尚未發佈三季之外，近日已有四家發佈了三季財報數據。
根據統計，今年前三季度大唐發電、大唐新能源、華銀電力和桂冠電力四家上市公司累計營收1135.89億元，淨利潤累計3467.61億元。其中大唐發電、桂冠電力實現營收、淨利潤雙增長。
