建發股份(600153.SH):擬在既定股東回報規劃的基礎上,進一步作出特別安排
格隆匯12月17日丨建發股份(600153.SH)公佈,本次交易預計能夠提升上市公司的盈利能力,增厚歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤。本次交易完成後,為增強股東回報,保護中小股東利益,公司擬在既定股東回報規劃的基礎上,進一步作出特別安排。公司董事會擬針對2024年度和2025年度制訂符合如下要求的利潤分配預案:每年以現金方式分配的利潤不少於當年實現的合併報表歸屬於上市公司股東的可供分配利潤的30%,且每年每股分紅不低於0.7元人民幣。
