中裕能源(3633.HK)ESG再受認可 榮獲"金格獎——年度ESG先鋒獎"
12月6日，在"金格獎·年度卓越公司頒獎典禮"中，中裕能源(03633.HK)憑藉自身在ESG領域的出色表現榮獲"金格獎——年度ESG先鋒獎"，再度於環境、社會及管治 (ESG) 領域斬獲殊榮。
"年度ESG先鋒獎"旨在表彰在經濟效能與社會責任方面並重的綠色企業與先進企業。該獎項是對上市公司過去一年在ESG方面的整體表現進行的全方位綜合評價，充分肯定了中裕能源在推廣ESG理念、追求高質量可持續發展方面做出的突出貢獻。
秉承"發展清潔能源，成就美好生活"企業使命，中裕能源始終將勇擔社會責任視為企業進步的重要組成部分。自2021年確立"雙輪驅動、轉型發展"戰略以來，集團積極投建如綠色發電、生物質供能等綠色清潔的智慧能源項目。通過在智慧能源領域的不斷探索，目前集團已成功投運智慧能源項目超200個。2024年上半年，集團綜合能源銷量達1,255百萬千瓦時，同比增長115.6%。成立至今，已累計供應清潔、可再生能源近35億千瓦時，減排二氧化碳超2,200萬噸，綠色發展成果顯著。
中裕能源將環境、氣候變化風險要素納入核心運營管理課題，以提升集團整體管理與環境保護的關聯度，並加強氣候適應能力，提升可持續發展表現。同時，集團按照國際氣候披露準則及本地監管機構的指引框架，持續優化氣候風險管理及ESG信息披露，完善管理制度，提升管理質量。
面對海內外宏觀環境以及企業綠色轉型過程中的諸多不確定性，過往三年，集團積極與境內外金融機構開展綠色金融合作，設立了兩大 ESG 指標承諾，並且將兩項承諾與綠色金融結合，與香港金融機構合作，於2021年制定了可持續掛鈎貸款框架(SLL)，成為國內天然氣行業首個將可持續框架融入境外融資結構的民營企業。根據成熟經驗，集團於2023年再次完成境外綠色銀團貸款，為企業的日常運營與綠色轉型發展提供了堅實的資金保障。至今，集團已累計完成綠色融資近百億港元。
未來，中裕能源會繼續將ESG視為企業發展的重要目標之一，積極響應國家能源改革號召，在堅定城市燃業務基礎的同時，通過科學佈局智慧能源業務，大力發展綠色能源，實現能源管理和智能化應用，提高能源利用效率和管理水平。同時，中裕能源將繼續關注社會發展和環境保護，積極參與公益事業和環保活動，為推動社會的可持續發展貢獻更多力量。
