格隆匯12月11日丨德宏股份(603701.SH)公佈,為實施公司發展戰略,推進儲能業務經營發展,浙江德宏汽車電子電器股份有限公司下屬控股子公司浙江鎮能科技有限公司(簡稱:受讓方、鎮能科技)擬受讓湖南耀寧天賜礦業有限公司(簡稱:出讓方、耀寧天賜)持有的鎮江萬億節能科技有限公司(簡稱:項目公司)100%股權,並以項目公司為投資主體,投資建設大亞人造板集團有限公司24MW/90MWh用户側儲能項目,工程估算總投資約人民幣8,945.66萬元。
