螞蟻集團突然宣佈，明年3月換CEO！
螞蟻集團董事長兼CEO井賢棟通過全員信宣佈，螞蟻集團總裁韓歆毅將從2025年3月1日起正式接任螞蟻集團CEO一職，全面負責螞蟻的各項業務及日常管理工作，向井賢棟及董事會彙報。
未來井賢棟將專注於董事長工作，並全力支持好韓歆毅和管理團隊。
以下是井賢棟致螞蟻員工的郵件全文：
各位同學：
今天是支付寶和螞蟻集團的二十歲生日。回首過去，我們最幸運的是對夢想的堅持——在科技的助力下，讓每一個小企業、每一個普通人都能獲得平等發展的機會；最自豪的是因為我們的參與和努力，讓移動支付成為了每個人的生活日常，讓小企業享受和大企業一樣的金融服務，讓數字生活隨時隨地觸手可及……展望未來，螞蟻科技的新十年正在開啟，這注定又是一場激動人心的創新創業旅程。
二十年來，正是一代代螞蟻人不忘初心，接力前行，實現了螞蟻事業的繼往開來，行穩致遠。今天，在螞蟻的各個關鍵崗位上，年輕一代正在成長為中流砥柱。他們更懂得未來，也更有能力創造未來。基於堅實的人才基礎和對組織傳承的強烈信心，我很高興地向大家宣佈，經董事會決議，韓歆毅（Cyril）將從2025年3月1日起正式接任螞蟻集團CEO一職，全面負責螞蟻集團的各項業務及日常管理工作，向我及董事會彙報。未來我將專注於董事長工作，並全力支持好韓歆毅和整個管理團隊。
Cyril2014年加入支付寶，歷任戰略投資副總裁、CFO、集團總裁。在服務螞蟻的十年中，他用敏鋭深刻的戰略洞察和勤勉專業的精神，為公司發展做出了重要貢獻。今年3月出任螞蟻集團總裁以來，更以傑出的領導力，帶領團隊持續推動支付寶做出了一系列創新變革。不僅如此，他謙虛磊落、公正無私的品質和開放包容的格局，也得到了團隊的一致認可。相信在CEO的崗位上，Cyril一定能夠帶領大家持續創造出更多驚喜。
2016年，我從彭蕾（Lucy）手中接過了CEO的接力棒，今天，帶着同樣的相信和期待，我將CEO的接力棒交給Cyril，以夢想和責任的傳承致敬螞蟻的二十歲生日！未來，我會和Cyril一起，和螞蟻的管理團隊一起，和全體螞蟻同學一起，砥礪前行，共同開創螞蟻更加美好的未來！
