資金動向 | 北水拋售盈富基金超24億港元,持續加倉小米、騰訊
11月19日,南下資金淨買入港股19.73億港元。其中,港股通(滬)淨買入1.97億港元,港股通(深)淨買入17.76億港元。

淨買入騰訊5.88億、小米4億、美團2.68億、快手1.99億、阿里巴巴1.96億、小鵬汽車1.85億、中國海洋石油1.46億;淨賣出盈富基金24.54億、恒生中國企業10.89億。
據統計,南下資金已連續7日淨買入小米,共計37.9451億港元;連續6日淨買入騰訊,共計50.9043億港元;連續5日淨買入中海油,共計8.619億港元;連續4日淨買入美團,共計17.679億港元。另外,自納入港股通以來的42個交易日,南下資金已累計淨買入阿里巴巴703.5235億港元。
北水關注個股
騰訊控股:於11月19日回購173萬股,共耗資約7.03億港元,每股作價403.4-409港元。
小米集團:第三季度總營收925億元,同比增長30.5%;經調整淨利潤63億元。正在熱賣的小米汽車對財報貢獻不大。收入方面,小米智能電動汽車等創新業務收入97億元,佔總收入差不多十分之一。如果論利潤,汽車業務拖後腿,三季度淨虧損15億元。高盛發表報吿指出,將小米目標價由30.7港元上調至33.3港元,維持“買入”評級。
中芯國際:天風證券指出,半導體國產替代需求迫切、市場空間較大、以及外部(國際政治不穩定性)和內部(大廠擴產,政策助推等)潛在催化對板塊帶來的催化。該行判斷國產半導體設備、材料、EDA/IP國產替代有望持續加速,板塊投資機會值得重視。中芯華虹發佈3Q24財報,產能利用率改善,四季度指引穩中有升,預示行業或將進入旺季。
小鵬汽車:第三季度營收101億元,同比增長18.4%,環比增長24.5%,市場預期99.1億元;第三季度淨虧損18.1億元,2023年同期虧損38.9億元,2024年二季度虧損12.8億元。第三季度汽車總交付量為46,533輛,較2023年同期的40,008輛增加16.3%。
中國移動:知情人士透露,中國移動一直在與香港寬頻的大股東私募股權公司MBK Partners和TPG Inc.就收購事宜舉行會談。據悉中國移動暗示願意每股出價至少5港元,這將使該公司估值超過65億港元(8.35億美元) 。中國移動已經對潛在收購進行了盡職調查,目前正在與MBK和TPG就價格進行談判。
