長陽科技(688299.SH):擬與中國科學院物理研究所參與固態電池複合膜開發並簽訂技術開發合同
格隆匯11月19日丨長陽科技(688299.SH)公佈,本着資源共享、優勢互補、互惠互利、共同發展的原則,公司近日與中國科學院物理研究所(簡稱“物理所”或“乙方”)簽署了《技術開發合同》,雙方就共同參與固態電池複合膜開發簽訂技術開發合同。
物理所深耕各研究領域,取得了多項具有國際影響力的重要科研成果。應用基礎研究方面,創造了CZTSSe太陽能電池14.9%認證效率的新世界紀錄;開發了高能量密度可充放鋰電池(711Wh/kg);鈉電池和固態鋰電池實現量產裝車等。物理所積極面向國家戰略和產業需求,在關鍵材料與技術應用方面突破壁壘,為國家安全和可持續發展提供技術源頭保障。
本項目開發的多孔基膜材料在傳統液態電池、半固態電池和全固態電池中具有普適性。多孔基膜材料在液態電池體系中充當隔膜,具有離子傳輸橋樑作用;利用基膜緻密填充技術製備的複合導離子膜在固態電池體系中發揮固體電解質的功能。通過調控複合填料的成分,本項目製備的複合導離子膜可與石墨負極、硅碳複合負極、複合金屬鋰負極為主的高能量密度負極材料以及磷酸鐵鋰、鈷酸鋰、三元材料、富鋰材料等高電壓高容量正極材料匹配使用。在上述應用中,將主要通過採用幹法/濕法拉伸工藝、靜電紡絲技術、激光打孔等技術製備高性能基膜本體材料,研究有機高分子材料、無機填料顆粒、鋰鹽等材料的本徵特性製備具有高離子電導率和抗氧化性的複合填料,探索電化學穩定且熱安全的單體材料,優化引發劑及引發條件提高固化率,形成一套定向可調控的多功能複合膜標準生產流程並實現批量生產。
